What is your return policy?

For domestic (in the US) and international orders (outside the US), we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned frames must be in original condition, free from wear and tear, and original packaging must be intact to receive full credit. For example, failing to send back the original box and the pouch will result in a $10 deduction from your refund.

If the returned frames are missing are damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we may deduct the amount of loss and give you only a partial refund at our discretion. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS (from within the US)

We provide instant and FREE Return Shipping Labels using our Returns Portal.

To initiate a domestic return, simply visit our Returns Portal by clicking HERE

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of the eyewear including any taxes you were charged upon receiving the return.

Please use our provided return shipping label; otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. 

Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you a refund confirmation to the email address provided during check out. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (from outside the US)

To initiate an international return, simply visit the Returns Portal HERE

Return shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.

Shipping fees are calculated per country and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

We just ask that you please send your return shipping tracking number to hello@apercueywear.com.  

Please note that the original $15 Flat International Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you a refund confirmation to the email address provided during check out. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

If all is in order, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return package.

Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you a refund confirmation to the email address provided during check out. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the frame(s) back with their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

Can I do an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes - If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate an exchange by using the Returns Portal HERE

Please select the reason for exchange and let us know which sunglasses you'd like to try instead.

We will ship out your requested exchange at no additional cost. 

How will I know that you received my exchange package?

We’ll send you an email once we've processed and shipped your exchange package.
