EXCHANGES

 

We offer easy US exchanges! 

If you'd like to try another color or style now it's simple. You can initiate an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. 

Please note: we currently offer exchanges for US (domestic) order only and only for items of similar price. If you prefer an item at a different price you will need to please initiate a standard return and place a new purchase. If you purchased at a discount don't worry - you can still exchange!

We accept returns for exchange within 14 days of your order being delivered. We will provide you with a free US return shipping label.

- You must initiate your return request within 14 days of your order being delivered 

- Your return must be dropped off and postmarked to be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating your return.

We offer the following two exchange options for your convenience:

Instant Exchange

If you choose Instant Exchange, you'll be prompted to add your credit card information, we create a new order, process and ship your frames within 2-3 business days.

We also provide a USPS return label and you must drop your return shipment with USPS within 14 days (see below)

We will create a hold on your card for the total amount of the exchange item(s). The hold will stay in place for 7 days and then drop, regardless of whether the sunnies have been returned or not. Please note: if the return item has not been marked as "in-transit" (scanned by USPS) within the return window, your card will charge the full cost after 14 days.

Regular Exchange

If you are not in a hurry and/or do not want the hold on your card, you can choose to do a regular exchange without adding card information.

You will select the new item you want, we will provide the return label and once we receive the item back we will ship your new sunnies! Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your shipment and process your exchange. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

For domestic (in the US) we accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. We will provide you with a free US return shipping label.

- You must initiate your return request within 14 days of your order being delivered.

- Your return must be dropped off and postmarked to be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating your return.

 

For international orders (outside the US) we accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

- You must initiate your return request within 14 days of your order being delivered.

- Your return must be dropped off and postmarked to be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating your return.

Returned sunglasses must be in original condition, free from wear and tear, and original packaging must be intact to receive full credit. For example, failing to send back the original box and the pouch will result in a $10 deduction from your refund.

If the returned frames are missing or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we may deduct the amount of loss and give you only a partial refund at our discretion. 

 

"Final Sale" product purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Any items purchased that are listed as "Final Sale" on the product page were purchased at a deep discount as these selections are only available while supplies last and will not be restocked.

 

"SAMPLE" product purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Any items purchased with "SAMPLE" in the product title were purchased during our infrequent and highly sought after Sample Sale. All Sample product pages include clear messaging for final sale in red copy as well as the Sample Sale FAQ page made available during the sale.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (from within the US)

We provide instant and FREE Return Shipping Labels. Simply print, affix to the box and drop with USPS. 

To initiate a domestic return, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal

Please allow up to 14 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of the eyewear including any taxes you were charged upon receiving the return.

Please use our provided return shipping label; otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. 

Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you a refund confirmation to the email address provided during check out. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (from outside the US)

To initiate an international return, simply visit the Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Return shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.

Customer is responsible for return shipping by courier of your choice and return shipment must include a tracking number.

We just ask that you please send your return shipping tracking number to hello@apercueywear.com.

Please note that the original Flat International Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you a refund confirmation to the email address provided during check out. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
