At this time, as long as USPS and DHL Express are fully operational we do not expect any change to our current 1-2 business day handling time and general shipping times. If that situation should change we will let our customers know immediately.

Receiving Protocols

NY Times reference: Professional health experts, including the C.D.C and the W.H.O. “indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail,” and the big package delivery companies have insisted that there is no need to sanitize mail. Of course, there’s no harm in taking a few extra steps to receive your package safely: Take out your goodies, throw away the shipping box, and wash your hands for 20 seconds!

Fulfillment

We are still a young company and our fulfillment is done 100% in-house with a small staff. We take every precaution, including wearing gloves and masks when packing orders to minimize any risks relating to COVID-19 so that you can shop and receive your sunnies safely!
