Inspiration

What is it about sunglasses that resonates for you?

Sunglasses are something I wear with every outfit. I wanted to see what I could create and I'm known for my fun colors and prints so I thought it would be a dream to design my own that all mean something to me. Sunglasses are such a statement piece, even if you aren't into mixing color it's a great way to start. I feel it's necessary to have one of every color if you can! Each color is named after a place that I have either been to or would love to go. The Daniella's are named after me with pink being my favorite color! - Avry

Design Direction

Tell us about your design process.

When designing these we were in the middle of the pandemic (which sucked), I live in Charlotte and hadn't traveled since 2019. I remember sitting in my colorful living room at the time and picking out the colors and imagining where I wanted to be with each pair. It was the thought that "brighter days are on the way". Fast forward to January of this year. I wore the Miami's, in Miami and the Passionfruit while on the beach in Miami. I felt like my dream had come true. Each pair means something to me and I hope you can feel that vibe when you're wearing them. - Avry

Styling Tips

How will you be wearing your designs this season?

Personally, I think all of them can be worn for everyday looks. Maybe you're wearing a neutral outfit? Then the Miami's or Passionfruit are perfect for a pop of color. Maybe you're wanting to ease into color? Malibu is just for you! More of a neutral but with a pop of blue that stands out. The Daniella's are for if you're feeling all girly. I mean who doesn't love an all pink outfit? The Amalfi and Soho are for those who haven't eased into color yet but are a #bossbabe and need something for looking chic and everyday wear while you're strutting to brunch or just a quick run to target. You don't need any special occasion wearing these but I hope you feel special wearing them! - Avry
